Staff

There are always at least two qualified staff members at each session and all renew First Aid qualifications every three years. ALL staff are CRB checked before they start to work with your children.

We maintain a high ratio of adults to children, which helps us to ensure that each child gets the individual care and attention to their needs. The ratios are 1:6 for 3-4 year olds, and 1:4 for 2 year olds.

We also welcome students from time to time.

Staff Training

We maintain an on-going programme of staff training, with training costs forming an integral part of our financial planning.

Our association with the Early Years Development & Childcare Partnership (EYDCP) ensures we are constantly in touch with new thinking in the field of child education and care.

On-going training is available through the both EYDCP and the LEA (Local Education Authority). Some courses are also suitable for parents, please talk to us if you are interested in the possibility of taking a course.
